What to expect:
- You will lead the implementation of a company-wide ERP system, ensuring that the requirements of all business areas – from production and sales to logistics and accounting – are gathered and addressed.
- Together with internal departments, you will analyze existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities supported by the new ERP system.
- You will act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders, external service providers, and the IT department, ensuring effective collaboration.
- You will oversee project management and risk management for large-scale IT projects, including monitoring budgets, timelines, and milestones.
- You will manage interdisciplinary teams and coordinate the collaboration with external service providers.
- You will prepare decision-making documents for top management and support the IT management team with strategic special projects.
- You will be responsible for project and system documentation, as well as for continuously optimizing project management methodologies.
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues across all hierarchy levels to inspire the project team and engage all participants in the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
What you should bring:
- A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in managing IT projects, ideally with a focus on ERP system implementation and business process digitalization.
- General IT knowledge, including M365, ERP, MES, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of business processes.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, enabling you to interact effectively and authentically across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in establishing and applying IT project management methodologies, coupled with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German and good English skills.
