What to expect:

  • Together with the sales management of the market segment, you ensure commercial success and the achievement of growth targets. You analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide the sales team with a competitive portfolio.
  • You define market structures and expansion strategies, shape sales and distribution channels, and conduct competitive analyses while keeping the company’s strategic goals in focus.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, you develop strategies to position our products and solutions effectively in the market, highlighting their added value. Your efforts ensure a strong market presence and differentiation from competitors.
  • You identify gaps in the portfolio and work closely with sales and product management to strategically develop and future-proof the offering.
  • Acting as a key link between the sales management of the market segment and product managers, you ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

What you should bring:

  • A degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, physics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Passion for the energy supply sector, with solid knowledge of regulations and standardization. Ideally, you have experience working with municipal utilities or in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding, strategic thinking, structured and results-oriented working style, as well as excellent communication skills and creativity.
