What to expect:
- Analyze, categorize, and resolve complex IT issues in 3rd-level support to ensure efficient troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and document solutions to optimize processes.
- Maintain and improve standard software to ensure long-term stability and reliability.
- Update and optimize the integration platform to enhance performance.
- Support customers in migrating to on-premise systems or cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Conduct training and consulting sessions, sharing your knowledge with customers and internal teams.
What you should bring:
- A completed education or degree in computer science, IT support, or a related field.
- Experience in 3rd-level support and handling complex IT issues.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, TypeScript, and Java, as well as frameworks like Express.js and Node.js.
- Strong expertise in tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GKE.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
